I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:01 P.M.

Minutes: Approved as presented for May 16, 2002

Officer/Committee Report,

ROADS AND GROUNDS, Kathy Glendenning, Watering is being monitored and upped from twice a week for two, 15 minute watering to 3 times a week. Pruning was done.

ARCHITECUAL REPORT, Len Price, working on monthly ACC Requests.

NEWSLETTER – Sheryl Heidenreich – Need summer articles and volunteers to help with the newsletter.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, Kathy Glendenning, talked about voting on Special Assessment in July and we will have two meetings prior to the vote for questions. We will have the contractor, our attorney for questions from the homeowners.

Homeowner Communication

Open forum regarding special assessment.

Financial Report,

Balance sheets are available at entrance.

Old Business,

Talked about the need for cement repairs and this will be submitted at the Aug. meeting.

New Business,

Water restrictions will be starting September 1^st.
