I.         MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:06 P.M. 

Minutes: Approved as presented for April 18, 2002

Officer/Committee Report,

ROADS AND GROUNDS, Kathy Glendenning, Watering is being monitored and has been cut down twice a week for two, 15 minute watering. Pruning will be within the next month.

ARCHITECUAL REPORT, Len Price, working on monthly ACC Requests.

 NEWSLETTER – Sheryl Heidenreich – Need summer articles and volunteers to help with the newsletter. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, Kathy Glendenning, On June 11th we will again have our last of 6 monthly meetings on the special assessment discussions.

Homeowner Communication 

Open forum regarding special assessment.

Financial Report,

Balance sheets were available at entrance.

Board discussed looking into a sign to put out side the Senior Center for notice of monthly meetings.

Len made a motion to put Alan Hahne on the Board of Directors. Kathy Seconded and passed unanimously.

Alan Hahne has taken the Treasurer’s postion.

 Adjourned AT 9:02 PM. NEXT MEETING IS July 18, 2002 at the Senior Center at 7:00 P.M.
